Well, I was very good yesterday and did not overeat. I had a banana and 2 boiled eggs for breakfast. For lunch, I had roasted chicken from Taco Cabana. Ate the beans. Threw away the flour totillas and rice. It was 1/2 of a chicken. You can argue whether that was too much or not but my goal is to eat more earlier in the day and not be so hungry in the evening. For dinner, all I had was one of my protein bars (300 calories). By around 7:30, I was getting a little hungry so I opened a can of tuna with about 1/2 tablespoon of mayo and was well satiated.
This morning, I had shredded wheat with skim milk for breakfast. For lunch, the gang went to Olive garden. I orderd this awesome grilled chicken with veggies. I left the potatoes on the plate. I confess, I ate one bite. Also, salad.
Overall, I'm just trying to not get so hungry that I gorge. I seem to be doing that. I hope this continues to go well. I don't have any structure or pre-scribed diet that I am following. I'm just THINKING about what's going into my mouth.
Can't wait till my am run tomorrow. I'm doing 10R/3W/10R.
