Knowing I would not be able to run on Wednesday, I went out for a 1.2 mile run today, the 2nd consecutive day of running (first time since I started running again).
Here are the stats:Distance: 1.27 miles
Total time: 20:44 minutes
Avg. pace: 16:17 min/mile
Temp: 90 (FEELS LIKE 99!!!)
