This is our time!!!

Runners, this is our time!!! Woohoo!!! I felt frisky this morning, sportin' my new USA 10-miler shirt and turning in 3 very easy miles at 13:20 avg. pace. What a difference a couple of days and 30 degrees make. Did I say WOOHOO!!!!! I think I did. Sorry.

Here are the stats:
Total distance - 3 miles (easy)
Total time - 40:00 even
Mile 1 - 13:30
Mile 2 - 13:24
Mile 3 - 13:05
Average pace - 13:20
Temperature - 54.2
Humidity - 78.6

I can't wait to hear all the good reports today. By the way, look here in the coming days for an important announcement. Well, important to me!

God Bless!!!

Wooohooo! I am so stinkin' jealous! I could kick myself for not bringing my running clothes to work today, so I could sneak in a quick outdoor run before picking up the kiddo. So, I had to opt for a late night treadmill run again. Oh well, hopefully fall is here to stay this time. WTG on your pace!!!

I did a double run yesterday and I never run the day before a long run. But the weather sure was tempting. I am glad you got out there and enjoyed it. Hopefully tomorrow will be as nice.

Great run and negative splits too. You gotta love those cooler temps. I just realized we're both in a major race on January 14th. You're doing the Houston Marathon, right? I'm doing the Rock and Roll Half.

It's great to be a runner, Pat
