so you have pilot's license? I wanna go on a flight. my brother and some friends have a flight school in Nacogdoches. He's had his pilot's license for a few years. I've gone up with him twice. Lots of fun.
No, Edwin! I don't have my license (yet). This was actually an introductory or 'discovery' flight that anyone can do. The instructor took off. As soon as we were airborn, he gave me the controls. It was a blast. Just $59. Christmas present from my wife. Of course, now I'm hooked and am seriously considering dropping the coin to get my license.
Great pictures! I'm sure it was like the hot air balloon ride that Waverly and I took this past summer in Albuquerque - except you were going a lot faster! And ... I almost didn't recognize you without the beard. I had to look twice!
So was the razor your wife's Christmas present to you too? :)
I shaved for my job interviews last the last few weeks.
